Opposition to Motion to Amend Answer
Plaintiff opposes defendant's motion to amend the answer to the extent that the amendment will contradict language of the previous pleading, since such amendments are disfavored. Plaintiff does not oppose to the extent that defendant seeks leave to add additional defenses.
