Motion to Amend Judgment to Add Additional Debtors
Plaintiff obtained a judgment in California against a Tennessee corporation, with the judgment thereafter domesticated in Tennessee, but returned nulla bona. The Tennessee court found that defendant fraudulently concealed assets from plaintiff and moved them out of the country. Plaintiff seeks to amend the judgment to name the corporation in which the former corporation's assets are held, as the alter ego of the former corporation.
